Initial screening

Our recruiters will ask about your practice and goals. They’ll answer any questions you have about the role and interview process.

You’ll meet with a few members of our team over two sessions. They’ll consider your skills and approach to collaboration, and ask you to provide a walkthrough of your recent work.
